William De Maeyer – Senior Solution Architect
With over three decades of experience in the PLM industry, William De Maeyer founder of Valcore Sagl has spearheaded numerous high-profile projects across various sectors, including aerospace, defense, machinery, transportation, and manufacturing. His career is marked by successful implementations and integrations of Siemens PLM Software solutions, particularly Teamcenter, across diverse geographic regions and complex organizational structures.
William has led several significant projects in the PLM industry, starting as the Lead Solution Architect at a Swiss Aerospace Company, where he drove the successful implementation of Teamcenter for Design Organisation and Configuration Management. At a Swiss machinery supplier, he managed the implementation of the Teamcenter SAP interface (T4S), enhancing data synchronization and operational workflows. As Project Manager for a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) project in Switzerland, William oversaw deployment and improved production tracking.
Earlier, he served as a Solution Architect for Configuration and Change Management at a large Aerospace and Defense OEM in France, streamlining engineering and manufacturing processes. He also led a Teamcenter implementation project as a Project Manager at an Aerospace supplier in Belgium, aligning the solution with business objectives. Additionally, he implemented Teamcenter Requirement Manager at a transportation company in Switzerland, enhancing project oversight and traceability.

Winn Chelini – Technical Architect
Winn Chelini is a consultant and trainer with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UAS Zurich. He joined Valcore in August 2024. From late 2019 to mid-2024, he served as a Senior IT Engineer Team Leader and Solution Architect at a 400-person aerospace/aviation company. In this role, he was responsible for managing PLM-projects, consulting, developing solutions, implementing systems, providing training, and overseeing operations across all support levels in the PLM/CAD area. Winn provided 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support for Siemens NX, Teamcenter, Granta, and DQM. He led the technical team, managed resource allocation, and was responsible for Siemens Teamcenter (PLM) and Siemens NX (CAD) applications. His work included developing and maintaining the PLM infrastructure, optimizing its configuration and procedures, and programming and scripting using VBA, VBS, PoSh, NX Open, PLMXML, fop, and BAT.
Prior to this, Winn worked as a project manager, solution architect, and training manager, specializing in high-end software such as Siemens PLM Teamcenter and Siemens CAD NX. He developed over 20 tools using Visual Basic macros for Excel and Siemens NX (NX Open / NX Journaling). He installed, configured, and administered NX and Teamcenter environments, and provided training and support for Teamcenter Rich Client and Office Integration.
